— Cody T. Watson, 21, of Mantua, and Carly R. Capelli, 29, of Wenonah,were arrested on Interstate 295 Oct. 25 and charged with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. They were served with complaint summonses and released.

— On Oct. 25, Kelvin D. Myers, 45, of Paulsboro, was arrested on Crown Point Road and charged with driving while intoxicated. He was served with a summons and released pending court.

— Joseph T. Echelberger, 21, of West Deptford, was arrested on Frances Avenue on Oct. 26 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was issued summonses and released.

— On Oct. 28, Jermaine C. Newell, 42, of Delair, was arrested on I-295 and charged with possession of CDS, possession of heroin, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was lodged in the Salem County Jail in default of an unspecified amount of bail.

— Colin J. Morace, 30, of West Deptford, was arrested on Clarke Drive on Oct. 29 and charged with possession of marijuana and violation of probation. He was committed to the Salem County Jail in lieu of an unspecified amount of bail.

— On Oct. 29, Christopher T. Fallon, 23, of West Deptford, was charged with burglary and theft of two unlocked vehicles parked on G Street. He was jailed in default of an unspecified amount of bail.

— John S. Kelley IV, 22, of Philadelphia, was arrested on Budd Boulevard on Oct. 31 and charged with possession of marijuana. He was served with a summons and released.

— On Nov. 2, Amanda H. Seth, 31, of Camden, was arrested on Crown Point Road and charged with possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of drug paraphernalia and hindering her own apprehension.

— Shannon A. McDowell, 39, of West Deptford, was arrested Nov. 4 on Parkville Station Road and charged with outstanding warrants and possession of a hypodermic needle. She was lodged in the Salem County Jail in lieu of an unspecified amount of bail.

— On Nov. 7, James E. Newsmith, 39, of Sharon Hill, Pa., was arrested on Tatum Street and charged with possession of marijuana. He was served with a summons and released.

— Melanie A. Haynes, 24, of Woolwich Township, was arrested on Nov. 7 and charged with possession of a weapon. She was served a summons and released.

—On Nov. 9, Patricia S. McKnight, 52, of National Park, was issued a summons for having an open container of alcohol in public while on Hessian Avenue. She was processed and released.

— Danielle N. Hein, 23, of West Deptford, was arrested Nov. 10 on Jessup Road on outstanding warrants and charged with possession of a hypodermic needle and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was issued summonses and released.

— On Nov. 11, Shawna A. Lilly, 32, of West Deptford was arrested at the ShopRite store on Route 45 and charged with shoplifting. She was served with a complaint summons and released.

— Jason A. Hill, 32, of West Deptford, was charged Nov. 12 with burglary and theft of a residence on Eighth Avenue. He was lodged in the Salem County Jail in default of an unspecified amount of bail.

— On Nov. 13, Trevor C. Manzi, 24, of Gillette, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Crown Point Road, served with a complaint summons and later released.

— On Nov. 14, Mariah L. Carlin, 20, of West Deptford, was charged with hindering and Christopher J. Labenz was arrested on outstanding warrants on Clubhouse Drive. Both were served and released.

— Brent Fregia, 39, of Los Angeles, Calif., and Anthony L. Still, 39, of Wesr Deptford, were arrested Nov. 14 on Buckingham Drive and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. They were served summonses and released.

— On Nov. 16, Loney L. Jones, 27, of West Deptford, was charged with possession of a hypodermic needle.  

— On Nov. 19, Rahmand A. Beaman, 43, of Paulsboro, was charged with hindering his apprehension on Crown Point Road. He was served a summons and released.

— Alvin C. Hand III, 24, of National Park, was arrested on outstanding warrants and charged with resisting arrest after allegedly fleeing from a pedestrian stop on Crown Point Road on Nov. 20. He was served with a complaint summons and released.

— Erin S. Bowker, 28, of West Deptford, was arrested o.n outstanding warrants on Nov. 25 on Crown Point Road and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. She was served with a summons and released.

— Alexis M. Wislon, 21, of Camden, and Elizabeth A. Wesztergom, 21, of Bridgeton, were charged Nov. 25 with possession of marijuana, issued summonses and released.

—Overnight Oct. 23, someone burglarized an unlocked vehicle in the 200 block of Ogden Station Road. Nothing was taken.

— On Oct. 24, a resident of the 500 block of Barlow Avenue reported that someone had entered an unlocked garage and stole a dirt bike valued at more than $500.

— A Timberline Drive resident reported Oct. 27 that someone had entered his unlocked apartment and taken $900 cash.

— A West Deptford High School student told police his iPhone, valued at $500, was stolen Oct. 27.

— Two bicycles, valued at less than $200, were reported stolen from a Princeton Avenue residence on Oct. 28.

— A Nassau Avenue resident told police a jacket valued at $200 was stolen Oct. 29 from an unlocked vehicle.

— A Lynn Avenue resident reported property valued at less than $200 had been stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Oct. 30.

— Someone stole a package delivered by UPS, valued at $200,  from the front step of a Taft Avenue residence on Nov. 6.

— Someone stole a GPS unit valued at $200 from an unlocked vehicle on Hessian Avenue on Nov. 7.

— On Nov. 9, a Colonial Avenue resident told police an aluminum ladder, valued at $200, had been stolen from outside sometime during the previous month.

— On Nov. 12, the owner of a vacant property in the 300 block of Eighth Street told police someone had stolen copper piping, valued at $100, from a hot water heater.

— On Nov. 16, a resident of the 300 block of Woodbury Terrace told police he had been stabbed several times in the leg by his girlfriend’s son. Jesse S. Pohlig, 21, of West Deptford, has been charged with aggravated assault and bail has been set at $15,000, but he is still at large.

— On Nov. 17, 300 rounds of ammunition delivered by FedEx was reported stolen from outside a Clubhouse Drive residence.

— A resident of DiPilla Drive told police a $400 bicycle had been stolen from her yard sometime before Nov. 20.

— A camera, a GPS unit, a pair of binoculars and cash, worth a total of $500, were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Parkville Station Road on Nov. 24.

— Copper piping and electrical wire, valued at $500, were reported stolen from a vacant residence in the 500 block of Colonial Avenue on Nov. 24.

— The Family Dollar store on Gateway Boulevard was robbed Nov. 24 at knifepoint by a male in all dark clothing who escaped with an unspecified amount of cash.
