WOODBURY — Andrew A. Kramer, 24, of Deptford, pleaded guilty Friday to the Nov, 1, 2013 armed robbery of a 69-year-old Mantua Township woman, acknowledging he threatened her with a pistol and stole property from her.

In return for the guilty plea, Assistant Gloucester County Prosecutor Laurie Cimino will recommend that Kramer be sentenced to 10 years in state prison and serve eight years and six months before being eligible for parole, authorities said.

Sentencing is scheduled for March 20.

Kramer was charged with stealing an engagement ring and a 2008 Buick. Kramer, an acquaintance of the victim’s grandchildren, was arrested three days later and has been in jail in lieu of $150,000 bail since then, said authorities.

On March 20, Kramer with also be sentenced in three cases in which he was charged with operating an unregistered cesspool service that failed to complete wrk in 2011 and 2012, for which two Mantua residents and one East Greenwich resident had paid, authorities said. Kramer is expected to receive three-year sentences on two of those cases and 365 days on the third, all to run concurrent with the armed robbery sentence, said authorities.
