GLASSBORO — A 57-year-old Clayton woman was arrested Friday for failure to appear in court on Jan. 12 on charges of aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and resisting arrest, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office.

Patricia L. Rainier was arrested by the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office Fugitive Investigations Unit after she was seen walking a dog outside the Royal Inn in Glassboro and entering a room at the Delsea Drive motel. She is being held without bail.

Rainier was charged with stabbing a male in the chest on Sept. 12, 2013 at a Franklin Township residence. She was a friend of the victim’s sister-in-law, in whom’s home she was staying.
