GLASSBORO — Rowan University has announced it will stretch 2015’s graduation out over a four-day period, according to borough police.

To accommodate Commencement Week, Finals Week will be May 5 to 11.

Semester will conclude May 11 and Commencement Week will be Tuesday through Friday, May 12 - 25.

Commencement and graduation information meetings are scheduled in the Student Center Ballroom on Tuesday, Dec. 4 at 6:45 p.m.; Thursday, Jan. 29, 2015 at 3 p.m.; Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 10 a.m.; and Tuesday, March 26, 2015 at 5:15 p.m.

Most of the commencement activity will be held on the University Green off Whitney Avenue. Police said the additional days of commencement should greatly reduce the impact on traffic and parking in Glassboro.
