PAULSBORO — The body of a 26-year-old woman was found in a Thompson Avenue apartment Friday night.

The body was discovered by a family member at about 7 p.m., authorities said.

The woman was last seen alive on Nov. 9 by a relative, said authorities.

The cause of death has not been determined, but it’s being considered a suspicious death and is being investigated by police and the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office, authorities said.

An autopsy is scheduled to be performed by the Gloucester County Medical Examiner’s Office on Saturday.
