WOODBURY — Vanessa Craveiro was sworn in Tuesday as an assistant prosecutor in the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office.
In a courtroom ceremony at the Gloucester County Justice Complex, Craviero (seen above with Prosecutor Sean F. Dalton) took the oath of office from Superior Court Judge Robert P. Becker.
Craviero was appointed to an AP position subsequent to the June 30 retirement of GCPO First Assistant Prosecutor Michael S. Curwin.
“Vanessa is a welcome addition to our office and legal staff,” said Dalton. “It is my hope she has a long and distinguished career serving the residents of Gloucester County.”
A 2009 bachelor’s degree graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick and a 2013 graduate of New York Law School, Craviero, a Union Township native, served a clerkship with Superior Court Judge Frederic R. McDaniel in Union County before her GCPO appointment. She will be assigned to municipal court domestic violence cases.
