WOODBURY — The following people were indicted by a Gloucester County grand jury during the week of Oct. 6.
— John D. Brink, 52, of Mickleton, for sexual assault of a victim under 13 and endangering the welfare of a child in East Greenwich Township on June 1, 2008.
— Carlos A. Bagby, 19, of Woodbury, for receiving stolen property on July 3 in Woodbury.
— Anthony B. Paziora, 25, of Westville, for burglary, theft, criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit theft in Logan Township on June 9.
— Steven W. Severa, 45, of Ridley Park, Pa., for burglary, theft, criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit theft on June 9 in Logan Township. Severa was also indicted for burglary, theft, criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit theft in Woodbury on April 23 and for the same charges in Woolwich Township on April 23. He was also indicted on the same charges for an incident in Harrison Township on Feb. 23.
— Michael P. Brazell, 22, of Gibbstown, for theft in Greenwich Township on June 4.
— Vito S. Patten III, 22, of Winslow, for theft in Greenwich Township on June 4.
— Alfred L. Cutler 3rd, 40, of Woodbury, for possession of CDS and obstruction of the administration of law on July 20 in Glassboro.
— Wivanh Phommathep, 44, of Deptford, for forgery and theft in Deptford between January and April, 2014.
— Isabella S. Luhrs, 26, of Franklinville, for receiving stolen property in Franklin Township on June 10.
— Anibal Hernandez, 31, of Clayton, for violating conditions of a special sentence on Sept. 3 in Clayton.
— Mark A. Clement, 27, of Paulsboro, for possession of CDS in Paulsboro on June 12.
— Robyn M. Jenkins, 47, of Woodbury, for forgery and theft by deceit in Woodbury on July 8.
— Thomas J. Frazier, 27, of Woodbury, for forgery on July 8 in Woodbury.
— Tracy N. Loyd, 34, of Woodbury, for driving with a suspended license on April 26 in Woodbury.
— Michelle D. Witcher, 39, of Paulsboro, for two counts of credit card theft and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card in Paulsboro on June 18.
— Justin C. Ford, 25, of Williamstown, for theft and utilizing temporary water, gas, electric or phone lines, in Monroe Township on June 25.
— Darnell L. Samuels, 32, of Gibbstown, for possession of CDS, distribution of CDS, possession with intent to distribute CDS in a school zone and possession with intent to distribute CDS within 500 feet of public housing in Paulsboro on June 26.
— Phillip J. Jankowski, 28, of Williamstown, for theft, on April 20 in Monroe Township.
— Marquise D. Battle, 24, of Franklinville, for burglary in Monroe Township on July 11.
— Anthony B. Paziora, 25, of Westville, for burglary, theft, criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit theft, in Woodbury on April 23. Paziora was also indicted for burglary, theft, criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit theft, in Woolwich on April 23 and in Harrison Township on Feb. 23.
— John G. Hager, 60, of New Castle, Del., for contempt of a judicial order on May 13 in Logan Township.
— Carl D. Berry, 33, of Lawnside, for possession of CDS, possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes and two counts of making threats to kill in West Deptford on May 4.
— Juan Cruz, 28, of Bridgeton, for writing bad checks in Pitman on May 31.
— Christopher W. Perry, 41, of Somerset, for shoplifting in Deptford on June 27.
