GLASSBORO — A 51-year-old Glassboro woman was hit by a vehicle while she was walking on Delsea Drive near Bristol Drive at about 7:12 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21.

The woman was transported to Cooper University Hospital in Camden.

The driver of the northbound vehicle was not injured, police said.

The highway was closed flor several hours, with the help of the Glassboro Fire Department and the state Department of Transportation, while police investigated the accident.
