PITMAN — On Dec. 20 at 11:59 p.m., Ptl. Nick Barbetta conducted a motor vehicle stop on Glenmere Avenue which led to a drug arrests. He arrested Nicholas Keppler, 19, of Pitman, and Kevin Keppler, 18, of Sewell, and charged them with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within a school zone.
On Dec. 29 at 10:04 p.m., Barbetta conducted a motor vehicle stop on Woodbury Road which led to a drug arrest. He charged a 17 year old Turnersville resident with possession of marijuana.
On Jan. 13, Ptl. Ken Decker responded to the unit block of North Fernwood Avenue for a medical emergency. While on-scene, Decker observed a glass pipe with marijuana residue in plain view. He charged Mary C. Ryan, 29, of Pitman, with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
On Jan. 15, Barbetta conducted a motor vehicle stop on East Holly Avenue which led to a drug arrest. He charged Dennis Kelly, 33, of Pitman, with possession of cocaine.
On Jan.15 at 6:01 p.m., Barbetta conducted a pedestrian stop on South Broadway. He arrested Michael Saris, 36, of Southampton, on a warrant. Subsequent to arrest, Saris was charged with possession of cocaine and possession of heroin.
On Jan. 15, at 11:34 p.m., Ptl. Eric Weist conducted a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway which led to a drug arrest. Ashley O’Donnell, 25, of Williamstown., was charged with Possession of CDS.
“We continue our proactive fight against illegal drugs in the community,” said Police Chief Robert Zimmerman.
