GLASSBORO — Two people were arrested at the conclusion of a three-week-long investigation into the sale and distribution of marijuana in Glassboro Tuesday.

At about 1:30 p.m., the police department’s Special Investigations Unit and patrol officers executed a search warrant on a vehicle owned by Dyshawn E. Williams, 21, of Sewell, while it was in the 100 block of East High Street, police said.

During the search, officers reported finding marijuana packaged for distribution, said police.

Williams and Serena L.  Grillo, 26, of Glassboro, were each charged with distribution of marijuana, distribution of marijuana within 500 feet of public housing, conspiracy to distribute marijuana and possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, police said.

Williams was committed to the Salem County Jail in default of 10 percent of $25,000 bail and Grillo was served with complaint summonses and released, said police.
