WASHINGTON TWP. — A Laurel Springs woman has been charged with burglary and theft in connection with a Jan. 20 residential burglary.
Forced entry was made to the home on Oxford Drive and a diamond ring valued at $1,000 was stolen, police said. Before the woman could flee, though, she was confronted by the victim, said police. There was no physical confrontation and the burglar ran from the house, police said.
Ptl. Steven Pinnelli and Detective Michael Ferris were able to collect physical evidence that led to the arrest on March 3 of Jessica Gosson, 23.
