LOGAN TWP. — Here’s a list of police activities as reported by the Logan Township police department:
5/7: Officers investigated a simple assault that occurred at a construction site on Repaupo Station Road. The victim, a 34 y/o Camden man reported that he was punched by a 43 y/o Runnemede man while they were both working at the site for separate contractors. Both parties were advised of the citizen complaint procedure.
5/8: Police charged a 33 y/o Carneys Point man with theft of services, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct following a dispute over services rendered at Firestone on Village Center Drive. The accused became irate while disputing a bill and attempted to engage representatives in a fight. He was processed and released pending court.
5/8: Police arrested a 28 y/o Pedricktown woman on multiple warrants following a vehicle stop on Heron Drive. She was processed and turned over to Carneys Point Police.
5/9: Officers charged a 22 y/o Pedricktown man with hindering apprehension by providing a fictitious name during a Center Square Road vehicle stop. He was processed and remanded to the Salem County Jail in default of an outstanding warrant out of Pennsville.
5/10: Two men were discovered trespassing on private property off Floodgate Road. The men were escorted off the property and advised to not return.
5/11: A 24 y/o Logan woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant for theft. She was processed and remanded to the Salem County Jail in default of $2,500 full cash bail.
5/13: Police charged a 35 y/o Pitman woman with simple assault following a disturbance on Barker Avenue. She was processed and released pending court.
5/14: Representatives of Champion Container on Commodore Drive reported that someone attempted to steal a copper sprinkler valve sometime over the past few weeks. The attempt was unsuccessful but the system was damaged as a result.
5/14: Officers charged a 43 y/o Woolwich woman with multiple motor vehicle violations, including DWI and open container violations, following a stop on Center Square Road. She was processed and released pending court.
5/16: A Deptford man reported that someone stole two iPhones from him while he was at work on Birch Creek Road. The phones had an estimated value of $1,200. Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the theft.
5/17: Police investigated a graffiti complaint on the bike path behind Edward Drive. The graffiti was written in sidewalk chalk and subsequently removed.
5/18: Officers charged a 23 y/o Long Branch man with disorderly conduct and simple assault following a disturbance at the DREAM Park. He was processed and released pending court.
