WEST DEPTFORD TWP. — Here’s a list of arrests and other incidents since May 31 as reported by the West Deptford Township police.
On 5.31.2015, Bianca D. Woodard, 21, of Philadelphia was arrested for shoplifting at the WaWa on Crown Point Road. She was issued a summons and released pending further court action.
On 5.31.2015, Luis N. Vaquez, 35, of Camden, was arrested for simple assault on Tatum Street. He satisfied bail requirements and was released pending further court action.
On 5.31.2015, Deborah A. Sowers, 48, of West Deptford, was arrested on Delaware Street for possession of CDS and outstanding warrants. She satisfied bail requirements and was released pending further court action.
On 6.2.2015, Megan L. Formica, 20, of Gibbstown, was arrested for shoplifting at the Rite Aid on Kings Highway. She was issued a summons and released pending further court action.
On 6.2.2015, Mark E. Nagle, 45, and Elizabeth T. Prettyman, 55, both of West Deptford, were arrested on Mantua Grove Road. Nagle was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. He was lodged in the Salem County Correctional Facility. Prettyman was charged with hindering an investigation. She was issued a summons and released pending further court action.
On 6.3.2015, James E. Todd, 31, of Unionville, N.Y., was arrested on Kings Highway for possession of marijuana. He was issued a summons and released pending further court action.
Other Incidents:
On 5.29.2015, it was reported that some prescription medication was stolen from a patron while golfing at the Westwood Golf Course.
On 6.1.2015, a resident of Robin Drive reported that his outdoor shed was burglarized and numerous power tools were taken. The value of all of the items was estimated at $3,350.00.
On 6.1.2015, a resident of York Road reported that prescription medications were stolen from her residence.
On 6.2.2015 at 12:52 pm, patrol units responded to an armed robbery at the Cornerstone Bank on Route 45. It was reported that a white male, 6’ to 6’ 2”, 200-220 pounds, with a fair complexion and a “scruffy” beard displayed a dark semi-automatic handgun and fled the area on foot. He reportedly had short dark hair and was wearing a pink or purple baseball hat, black sunglasses with white arms, a dark long sleeve shirt with two insignia’s on the front, and black or grey long pants. This investigation is ongoing and anyone with any information is asked to contact the West Deptford Police at 856-845-2300.
On 6.3.2015, it was reported that a municipal vehicle had four tires and rims stolen when it was parked at a facility on Jessup Road.
On 6.3.2015, a resident of Harker Avenue reported that an unlocked vehicle was entered and a GPS unit was stolen. The GPS was valued at $100.
