LOGAN TWP. — On Oct. 18, a Stone Henge Drive resident reported that sometime over the past several weeks, someone forcibly entered his enclosed trailer and removed various power tools and an air compressor located therein. The tools were valued at $1,100.
In other police news in Logan Township:
— On Oct. 16, a Swedesboro woman reported that her phone was stolen while working at a warehouse on High Hill Road. The phone, a Samsung Galaxy 4 was valued at $150.
— On Oct. 17, police investigated a scrap metal theft from a construction site in Bridgeport. Contractors reported that copper pipes valued at $200 were stolen by three unknown white males. Police have identified suspects and complaints are pending.
— On Oct. 18, officers arrested a 38-year-old Lumberton, N.C. man on multiple warrants following a suspicious vehicle complaint on Route 322. He was processed and released on his own recognizance per the issuing authorities.
On Oct. 18, officers charged a 52-year-old Gibbstown man with defiant trespass and criminal mischief following an investigation at a home in the Bridgeport section. The man was processed and released pending court.
— On Oct. 20, police investigated an impersonating a police officer complaint in which a private security guard was alleged to have attempted to make a motor vehicle stop on Center Square Road. The investigation is continuing and complaints may be pending.
— On Oct. 20, police charged a Philadelphia man with soliciting without a permit following a complaint in the Eagle Farms development. The matter is pending municipal court.
— On Oct. 21, a resident in the Quail Ridge development reported that someone entered her residence and removed an 18-karat, white-gold bracelet from her nightstand. Police have developed a person of interest and the matter is pending further investigation.
— On Oct. 21, pPolice charged a 50-year-old Woolwich woman with simple assault following a disturbance in the High Hill Farms development. The woman was processed and released pending court.
— On Oct. 22, officers investigated a shoplifting complaint at the Acme Market on Center Square Road in which the suspect stole over-the-counter medications valued at $90.
— On Oct. 23, Acme officials reported that a man attempted to steal $160 worth of liquid detergent, but fled the scene upon being confronted by store associates. The man fled in a gold Dodge Caravan with a Delaware tag.
— On. Oct. 24, police arrested a 22-year-old Salem man on multiple warrants out of Salem County. He was processed and remanded to the Salem County Jail in default of bail.
