MONROE TWP. — Seven people were arrested Tuesday in connection with the theft of all-terrain vehicles in several South Jersey municipalities.

The thefts reportedly happened early Tuesday morning in Sicklerville, Washington Township, Mantua Township and East Greenwich Township, police said.

The group allegedly rented a U-Haul truck to transport the vehicles back to a residence on Walnut Street in Monroe Township.

Arrested were Dean M. Brown, 24, of Paulsboro, Marquese D. Battle, 24, of Franklinville, Robert F. McPeak, 28, of Williamstown, Yusef A. Abdullah, 19, of Williamstown, Jennifer Bock, 23, of Williamstown, Naja I. Pignatt, 20, of Williamstown, and William M. Scott, 30, of Williamstown, police said. All were charged with receiving stolen property, specifically four ATVs and three motorcycles, said police.

Jimmie C. Bock, 23, of Williamstown, allegedly fled the area on a stolen motorcycle and a warrant was issued for his arrest as a wanted person, police said.

Officers recovered four ATVs and two motorcycles. Complaints are pending against all eight people for burglary, criminal trespass, theft and conspiracy in each of the jurisdictions, said police.
