UPPER DEERFIELD TWP. — Four people, three of them from Gloucester County, have been charged in connectinwith a burglary in Upper Deerfield on Sept. 15, according to the Courier-Post.
At about 5 a.m. that day, a Husted Station Road resident told New Jersey State Police someone was in her garage.Troopers arrived and found two men had fled.
Spotted walking along the road and captured after a chase was David Kennedy, 30, of Williamstown, police said. After further investigation, state police later that day arrested Matthew Fleury, 30, and Tammy Cunningham, 34, both from Clayton, and Christina Danner, 27, of Pennington, said police.
Burglary charges were filed against Kennedy and Fleury. Danner and Cunningham were each charged with conspiracy to commit burglary.
