WEST DEPTFORD TWP. — A lone bandit held up the Susquehanna Bank in the 900 block of Kings Highway at abut 1:30 p.m. Monday.
The man handed a note demanding currency to a teller, police said. The teller handed over an unspecified amount of cash and the robber fled on foot toward the intersection of Kings Highway and Parkville Station Road, said police.
The robber was described as a white male, 6’ to 6’2”, 40 to 50 years old with a “scruffy” face with gray and dark hair, wearing blue jeans, a black jacket, a black hooded sweatshirt and black sneakers with white soles, police said.
