WOODBURY — The Fugitive Investigations Unit of the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office this week arrested three people who failed to make scheduled court appearances on burglary and other charges.
Arrested March 10 at his North Delsea Drive residence in Clayton was Charles R. Hopkins, 29. An arrest warrant was issued for Hopkins when he did not appear in Superior Court on Feb. 23 for a status conference on a charge of burglary of a residence in Williamstown on Aug. 30.
Assisting in the arrest was the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Fugitive Unit and the Sheriff’s K-9 team. Hopkins was turned over to the Sheriff’s Department and is being held without bail.
Taken into custody March 30 at her Comet Court residence in Washington Township was Carol Corro-Cajina, 35, who failed to appear for a Feb. 24 status conference on charges of burglary in Washington Township on April 11 and theft by deception in Monroe Township in 2013.
Assisting in the arrest was the U.S. Marshal’s Service Fugitive Task force. Corro-Cajina is being held without bail.
Apprehended March 11 at a Barber Street residence in Woodbury was Frank K. Grays, 25. A judge issued an arrest warrant when Grays did not appear for a status conference on Jan. 12 on a charge of burglary of a Deptford residence on Aug. 24 and another warrant was issued when he missed a Jan. 28 court appearance on a narcotics possession charge in West Deptford on Sept. 24.
The U.S. Marshal’s Service Fugitive Task Force assisted in the arrest. Grays is being held without bail.
