WOODBURY HEIGHTS — Fire destroyed a home on Barlow Avenue and sent two people to the hospital Friday afternoon.
It was shortly before 5 p.m. when flames broke out, authorities said. First responders found flames burning through the roof, authorities said.
Two residents were transported to Cooper University Hospital in Camden. Several cats were rescued from the fire.
Woodbury Heights, Wenonah, Oak Valley, GreenFields, Colonial Manor and Deptford firefighters were at the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
The same house had a fire more than 15 years ago, authorities said.
